Innovative, Local, Women-Owned Agency Serves a National Clientele

Denver, Colorado – July 12, 2017 - On Thursday, July 27, S&D Marketing | Advertising will gather with clients and friends to celebrate 20 years in business. The agency evolved from a small, regional advertising firm, primarily serving the cable industry, to a multi-industry, multidisciplinary agency with clients across the country.

About the milestone, founding partner Ronda Dorchester says, “It has been a wonderful 20 years.  As we look back, we know our success has always been about one thing—the people. Our longevity is a direct result of the synergistic partnerships between our dedicated S&D team and our amazing clients, who rely on us to manage their marketing campaigns with the strategic and creative approach that S&D is known for. We are proud of our 20 years, we appreciate all who have contributed to our success, and we look forward to 20 more.”

S&D, a women-owned small business, is owned and operated by Lorie Sadler and Ronda Dorchester, who started the firm in 1997. They grew the company by fostering positive relationships with smart, responsive and uncompromising personal service to their clients in S&D’s “SimplyDifferent” way.

They pioneered their unique scale-to-fit operational model of keeping a lean, efficient core group on staff and assembling teams of specialists and experts as needed for individual projects, giving their clients all of the benefits of a traditional “big agency” without the big costs that go with them. This model is now used by agencies worldwide.

S&D’s clients over the years include Comcast, Cox Communications, NBC Universal, IR, Adaptive Spirit, Colorado Department of Education, Centura Health at Home, Water Research Foundation, and many others.

Puppies at Work > No Puppies at Work

What can make a great place to work even better? Puppies! Today, in a three-hour, one-day-only event in seven US cities, Uber and Animal Planet teamed up with local animal shelters to raise funds and find some adorable puppies forever homes. It was easy. We signed in to our Uber app, tapped “Get Puppies” and in no time, Peyton and Fallon pounced into to our offices for 15 minutes of play time. In Denver, all proceeds went to the Dumb Friends League. Cuddly fun for a great cause. Yay for UberPuppyBowl!
