S&D Marketing | Advertising, known for strategic marketing within technology industries, is seeking an energetic, client-focused Coordinator of Client Services in our Denver office. 

Job description: 

Growing ad agency is looking for a coordinator to support the agency on major accounts. This person will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Client Services with existing projects to help maintain, grow and evolve existing client work. The Coordinator will also assist management in overall agency functions to help achieve overall agency objectives. Essential duties include but not limited to: 

Project Management 

• Ability to seamlessly manage multiple complex projects simultaneously 

• Coordinate with other agency team members to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict timelines through to completion 

• Manage social media, content creation and analytics/reporting 

• Support digital communication efforts for agency and applicable clients, including e-communications, apps and website updates 

• Develop and manage spreadsheets, schedules, estimates and summary documents for internal team members and clients 

• Prepare tactics with appropriate client changes and manage the process through file delivery, including markups, approvals, and proofreading 

Client Services

• Facilitate client communications, acting as the liaison between clients and the agency 

• Respond to troubleshooting requests from clients in a timely manner 

• Execution of client marketing and advertising needs 

• Preparation of estimates, project briefs and project schedules 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field 

• 1-3 years of project management, marketing, or agency work 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, in addition to a high level of comfort working with websites and other digital assets 

• Proficient in all major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter 

• Must demonstrate critical thinking and an analytic approach 

• Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, self-managed environment 

• Strong customer service attitude, client-focused 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to function as a team player 

• Exceptional computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite 

• Knowledge of cable, telecom and technology industries a plus
