Coordinator, Client Services

Job Description

Growing ad agency is looking for a coordinator to support the agency on major accounts. This person will be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager of Client Services with projects and existing tactics to help maintain, grow and evolve existing client work. The Coordinator will also assist management in overall agency functions to help achieve overall agency objectives. Essential duties include but not limited to:

  • Project Management
       –   Ability to seamlessly manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • Coordinate with other agency team members to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict timelines through to completion
       –   Coordinate social media efforts for agency and applicable clients
       –   Develop and manage spreadsheets, schedules, estimates and summary documents for internal team members and clients
       –   Prepare tactics with appropriate client changes and manage the process through file delivery;  including markups, approvals, and proofreading
  • Client Services
       –   Facilitate client communications, acting as the liaison between clients and the agency
       –   Respond to troubleshooting requests from clients in a timely matter
       –   Execution of client marketing and advertising needs
       –   Limited preparation of Estimates, Project Briefs and Project Schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field

  • 1-3 years of project management, marketing, or agency work

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, in addition to a high level of comfort working with websites and other technical assets

  • Proficient in all major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Snapchat

  • Must demonstrate critical thinking and an analytic approach

  • Comfortable in an ever-changing, self-managed environment

  • Strong customer service attitude, client-focused

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to function as a team player

  • Exceptional computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work 8:30–5:00 as the standard (utilizing our agency PTO policy for flexibility)

  • Knowledge of cable, telecom and technology industries a plus

S&D Marketing | Advertising, known for strategic marketing within the Telecom and Healthcare industries, is seeking an energetic, client-focused Manager of Client Services in our Denver office.

Job Description

Growing ad agency is looking for a Manager of Client Services to support the agency on current and future major accounts. This person will mainly be responsible for managing, defining and expanding business with existing clients.  The projects overseen by this position are heavily rooted in complex project management and creative data.  Additionally, they will develop strategic processes, along with associated tactics and budget for potential clients.  The position will also assist management in overall agency functions, including internal branding projects to help achieve overall agency objectives.   • Project Management
       –   Develop a process and strategy for existing accounts that helps our clients achieve goals on time and on budget
       –   Manage and refine incoming data and reporting into functional and creative outputs
       –   Ability to seamlessly manage multiple large projects simultaneously
            •   Coordinate with other agency team members to successfully manage those projects with strict timelines through to completion
       –   Cultivate and grow existing projects to help generate additional agency business
       –   Develop and manage spreadsheets, schedules, estimates and summary documents for internal team members and clients

  • Client Services
       –   Facilitate client communications, acting as the liaison between clients and the agency
       –   Development of strategic marketing and/or tactical plans for existing clients
       –   Execution of client marketing and advertising needs
       –   Preparation of Estimates, Project Briefs and Project Schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field

  • 3-5 or more years of marketing, advertising or project management

  • Experience considered a plus includes
       –   Working knowledge of web/social media platforms and Internet/web related projects
       –   Exceptional computer skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Comfortable in an ever-changing, self-managed environment

  • Must demonstrate critical thinking and an analytic approach
